American Red Cross Lifeguarding Class
COST: $165 including books and certification cards.
No refund issued after you attend one class.
- Must be 15 years of age on or before the final scheduled session of the course
- Must be able to swim 300 meters continuously using freestyle and breast stroke
- Must be able to swim 20 meters, surface dive down 12 feet, retrieve a 10 pound brick
and bring it back to the side in 1 minute, 40 seconds
- Students must attend all sessions to pass the class. Total class time is 31.5 hours
